Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise supports neoteric debut its six-city Road Show in India


Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALUE) supports neoteric infomatique limited for its six-city Road Show at New Delhi aimed at helping small and medium businesses to maximize their Return on Investment through Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise solutions. The Road Show seeks to redefine the communication across partners, customers and employees. 

Starting the 17th of April through the 26th of May, the channel-partners' engagement' Road Show will cover five other major cities namely, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. The kick off road show in New Delhi updated the partners about ALUE’s superior yet cost-effective solutions and products in the Voice & Data segment to enhance business results and deliver more value to the fast-growing Indian SMB (Small & Medium Business) market. The channel partners got hands-on experience during the ‘Explore & Evolve’ live-experience ‘look and feel’ session conducted by neoteric. The ‘on-the-spot’ queries addressed by neoteric’s expert pre-sales team helped the channel partners in discussing the future needs of their businesses and how it can be addressed by ALUE’s state-of-the-art products and solutions. The Road show focused on new enterprise applications, product road maps and their unique selling propositions.  

Visitors were introduced to the Alcatel-Lucent Office Communication Solutions for SMBs, ALUs advanced telephony solutions like CTI application called PIMphony (Basic, Pro , Team versions) for call-management through desktops and laptops, Alcatel-Lucent touch phones, Alcatel-Lucent My IC Phone, Alcatel-Lucent Omni Stack, Omni Switch (both POE and non-POE), amongst others. 

The key highlights were the live demonstration of the Alcatel-Lucent ‘My Instant Communicator’ Mobile Edition on Apple iPad and iPhone, Alcatel-Lucent 4068 & 4018 IP Touch Phone Extended Edition, Integration of Open SIP Phones with Omni PCX Office, Alcatel-Lucent My IC Phone with Web Applications (Email Integration, World weather, RSS feeds, Games & Puzzles, Language Translator etc.), Multi Level Auto attendant, Integrated Voicemail with personal assistant Feature.

Close to 36 partners attended the Road Show in Delhi and neoteric is expecting a similar, if not an even better response from partners in the subsequent Road Shows. These events are a part of neoteric’s go-to-market strategy with which it enables vendors and channel partners to work towards better business understanding and growth.
